MOON LIGHT FOUNDATION SCHOOL
For Inclusive Education in North Karachi, is a unique combination of academic and practical experience in the field of Normal and special Education.
The visualize the dream of a quality in education Mr Javaid Iqbal founder of the foundation and Mrs. Mushaiyyadah Junaid well known in the field of Special education formed MOON LIGHT FOUNDATION school in the year 2010 from the the very beginning she with her qualified and dedicated team worked hard to improve the education in the new field of Inclusive education in Pakistan.
Moon Light foundation is providing curricular, co-curricular and special services to the special students from Montessori to Primary Level.
All its academic services are with practical in part of computer technology and vocational training to normal and special children with disabilities ranging from MR, H.I, P.H, C.P to visually impaired categories.
PROGRAM AND GOALS:
The school’s primary goals are to:
- Propagate Inclusive Education system to that the Special children / Person won’t be ignored by normal people or society in future.
- Promote the acquisition of new skills in children through early Childhood Education.
- Foucs on all aspects of personality development in intellectual, emotional and physical etc.
- Integrate physical therapy, speech therapy and other related exercises during regular classroom activities for Special children.
- Provide regular parents counselling and Teacher’s training to maintain acquired skills in children.
- Offer vocational training to adult disabled under community Rehabilitation and Employment program.
